We're hiring facilities technicians, building engineers and maintenance specialists to keep commercial properties safe, efficient and always operational.

What you'll do\n

\n
• Operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems.

\n

• Run the preventive maintenance program and close out work orders in the CMMS.

\n

• Diagnose and repair equipment faults; escalate and coordinate vendors where needed.

\n

• Support tenant service requests and keep client spaces running without disruption.

\n

• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental and building-code requirements.

\n

What you'll bring\n

\n
• Hands-on building maintenance, HVAC or multi-trade facilities experience.

\n

• Universal EPA 608, journeyman license, stationary engineer license or equivalent (role-dependent).

\n

• Comfort with BMS/BAS platforms and CMMS work-order systems.

\n

• Strong troubleshooting instincts and a customer-first approach.

\n
