Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee one warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience managing people and subcontractors, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, clients, and internal teams.

Location: Albuquerque, NM
\n
Hours: 8am-4:30pm. Must be flexible with hours if needed. This person will oversee multiple shifts and must be on Call on Saturdays if needed.

Pay rate: $54,000 annually

The pay listed is the salary range or rate for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consistent updates and a high level of service.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise project communication — via email, written reports, and verbal presentations.
• Maintain highly organized records, schedules, and documentation for all assigned projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Work closely with internal leadership to drive project success and profitability.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times, both onsite and during client interactions.
Required Qualifications:

*Solid understanding of Janitorial/Cleaning and Facility Service work.
\n
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in facility services, construction, general contracting, or related industries.
• Strong experience managing people, subcontractors, and vendors.
• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technologically proficient — able to work with project management software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write clean, concise emails and deliver polished presentations.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility service work.
• Ability to speak knowledgeably and clearly about technical topics to clients and team members.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working for service providers or multi-site facility operations.
