With continued investment and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a Service Manager to lead operational excellence while building a scalable, customer-focused service organization.

In this varied leadership role, you'll oversee nationwide field service operations, supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty, preventative maintenance, and customer support activities. You'll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Product Management to improve product reliability, develop service programs, and expand the company's aftermarket capabilities.

This role would suit a Service Manager or Field Service Leader from an industrial equipment or similar background, looking to take ownership of a growing department with genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role:

- Lead and develop the Field Service team supporting industrial equipment across North America
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing service organization as the business continues to expand
- Oversee commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty support, preventative maintenance, and customer service operations
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Product Management to improve customer experience and product reliability
- Office-based leadership role with limited travel to customer sites and company locations as required
