\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Aufgaben: \n \n Installation und Betreuung von IT-/TK-Systemen und -Applikationen. \n Analyse und Beseitigung von Systemfehlern remote und vor Ort - Konfiguration, Wartung und Datensicherung der installierten bzw. betreuten Systeme.

\n Entstörung und Konfiguration von Netzwerkgeräten (Router, Switche, Firewalls, WLAN- Infrastruktur mit Accesspoints)). \n Beseitigen von Störungen in Data Center / Rechenzentren \n Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards. \n Remote Support für Field Support Engineers Level1 und 2 \n Technische und kaufmännische Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen.

\n Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst und der Rufbereitschaft. \n \n \n Skills: \n \n Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar. \n Langjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion und mit Alcatel-Lucent Unified Communication Erfahrungen.
