About the Role

Drive high performance, support strategic decision-making and drive business performance by analyzing commercial activity against market trends, ensuring pricing accuracy and implementing processes to support the finance team through cross collaborative work within a constantly evolving environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements and reports to support business decision-making and ensure compliance with Group Accounting Manual.
  • Month-End Close Activities: Support the monthly close process by reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, analyzing variances, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth, often using tools like Excel, Power BI, or our ERP system.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including audits and risk assessments.
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis to support pricing strategies, assess market trends, and evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Procurement teams to align pricing strategies with customer needs and market conditions.
  • Serve as a financial liaison for key stakeholders—senior leadership, customers, and suppliers—to ensure transparency in pricing decisions and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to build business cases and effectively present findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor order intake and backlog for Tate customers, communicating demand insights and capacity impacts to relevant internal teams.
  • Perform global cost analysis across vendors and suppliers, develop cost models, and identify opportunities for profitability and growth.
  • Produce ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested

Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

  • University Graduate with a degree in business, engineering or science disciplines.
  • Experience working in a business for 1 year or more.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Succinct communication skills that provide clear and unambiguous direction throughout the business.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and logical mindset which allows you to anticipate problems and implement systems to prevent issues occurring.
  • Skilled in bringing people together to achieve a common goal.
  • Process driven mindset with a focus on controls and accountability.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering company.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders from a varied set of backgrounds.
