What You'll Do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team and drive strategic insights around operating expenditures. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to build comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and headcount planning models that support CoreWeave's rapid growth.

About the role:

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to optimize financial processes and deliver actionable analysis to leadership teams.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing strategic guidance on resource allocation and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with accounting team on monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis to identify trends, drive corrective actions, and maintain data integrity across all financial reporting
  • Lead ad hoc financial analysis projects to drive operational efficiency improvements across the organization

Who You Are:

  • 3+ of experience in a FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles. Current and/or previous experience from a tech company (or having supported tech clients) required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining financial and operational models
  • Proficiency with accounting principles and strong understanding of the financial statements
  • Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with C-suite and high level executives in a professional setting.
  • Proven track record of ability to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
