Financial Modeller
A leading advisory firm is seeking a Financial Modeller to join their high-performing team, supporting major infrastructure, energy, and utility projects across the world. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-value deals and contribute to transformative developments in sectors ranging from renewables to transport and digital infrastructure.
The Role
This role sits within a specialist financial modelling team that partners with global corporates, banks, and institutions. The team provides model build and assurance services for multi-million and billion-pound projects, often under government procurement frameworks or private sector initiatives.
Projects span:
- Petrochemical and LNG facilities
- Water desalination and IWPPs
- Wind farms, rail networks, and transport infrastructure
- Digital connectivity and waste-to-energy ventures
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex financial model builds across the full engagement lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure models meet strategic and technical requirements
- Support model assurance and review assignments
- Manage projects and take ownership of deliverables
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in modelling practices
Person
- A finance-related qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent )
- Proven experience in developing and managing financial models
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in model assurance is a plus
