Pay: $85,000–$130,000 | Hybrid

Travel: Goal of less than 5%; occasional Chicago project support

Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager ready to take on large, technically complex projects?
\n
\n
We are hiring a Fire Alarm Project Manager to support new-construction hyperscale data center projects in Milwaukee. You will manage multiple buildings across one campus as part of an established Project Management team.
\n
\n
Typical projects exceed $2 million, with a current backlog of more than $10 million
\n
\n
What You’ll Manage
\n
- \n
- Project schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Fire alarm installation, startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover
- Drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Customer, general contractor, vendor, and field-team communication
- Cost tracking, billing milestones, labor performance, and project risks
- Multiple buildings and active project phases across one campus
- Quality, safety, documentation, and project closeout

What We’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- Previous Fire Alarm Project Manager experience
- New-construction fire alarm experience
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects
- Strong understanding of fire alarm installation and commissioning
- Experience with Notifier and VESDA systems strongly
- NICET Level III or higher strongly
- Data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable
