We are seeking an experienced Data Center Foreman to lead field operations on mission-critical data center projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and willing to travel extensively to support project sites.
Travel is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field technicians, electricians, and subcontractors

Oversee installation of data center infrastructure including structured cabling, electrical systems, containment systems, racks, and related equipment

Ensure work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and industry standards

Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on job sites

Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks

Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and client representatives

Track labor hours, productivity, and material usage
-
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met

Perform quality control inspections and resolve field issues promptly

Train and mentor crew members
Required Qualifications
-
3–7+ years of experience in data center construction or mission-critical environments
-
2+ years in a leadership or foreman role
-
Strong knowledge of structured cabling, electrical systems, or related data center infrastructure

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Willingness and ability to travel to project sites (travel required)

Strong communication and leadership skills

OSHA certification ()

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
Work Environment

Primarily on active construction sites and operational data centers

May require extended hours, weekends, or overtime based on project demands
