We are seeking an experienced Data Center Foreman to lead field operations on mission-critical data center projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and willing to travel extensively to support project sites.

Travel is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field technicians, electricians, and subcontractors

  • Oversee installation of data center infrastructure including structured cabling, electrical systems, containment systems, racks, and related equipment

  • Ensure work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and industry standards

  • Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on job sites

  • Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and client representatives

  • Track labor hours, productivity, and material usage

  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met

  • Perform quality control inspections and resolve field issues promptly

  • Train and mentor crew members

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in data center construction or mission-critical environments

  • 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role

  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, electrical systems, or related data center infrastructure

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites (travel required)

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • OSHA certification ()

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks

Work Environment

  • Primarily on active construction sites and operational data centers

  • May require extended hours, weekends, or overtime based on project demands

  • Travel required (regional and/or depending on project needs)
