Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our five-person team. In this role, you will be a core contributor to the design, development, and deployment of our internal business operations platform — a system that will serve as the backbone of how Additech runs day to day. You will work closely with leadership and operations staff to translate real business needs into elegant, reliable software solutions, leveraging our recently migrated AWS cloud infrastructure and modern development practices.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role at a growing company. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, solving meaningful problems, and building software that people actually use.

General Requirements:

··Strong Proficiency in Python for backend development.

· Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing SQL

· In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and related software.

· Experience deploying and working with cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

· Experience with network configuration and management (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.).

· Proficiency in system security practices, firewall configurations, and encryption.

· Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.

· CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ ().

· Passionate about technology, new ideas, and always willing to learn new things

Qualifications:

· Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) in a professional setting

· Exposure to IoT systems or hardware-integrated software (a plus given our pump-side technology)

· Experience in retail, logistics, energy, or operations-heavy industries

· Background in building internal tools or ERP-adjacent systems
