Role A highly technical, hands-on Full-Stack System Integration Developer to connect and automate our medical practice’s digital infrastructure, write custom code, manage complex API connections, and optimize our workflows across clinical, administrative, and marketing systems.
Responsibilities
System Integration: build and maintain secure API connections between our core platforms, including Google Ads and Meta, EHR (Medent), Acuity (Squarespace), VOIP (RingCentral), the landing page (Unbounce) and the website (WordPress).
Workflow Automation: design and manage complex, multi-step automation workflows using Zapier (including Webhooks and custom code steps) to minimize manual administrative tasks.
Marketing Attribution: maintain and improve Offline Conversion Tracking (OCT) pipelines, connecting patient data securely to ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta and Bing) via API to track marketing ROI from physical office visits.
Troubleshooting: identification and repair of API failures, syncing errors, and webhook drops.
Compliance: understanding anf adherense to HIPAA regulations and data security standards.
Requirements
Coding proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or PHP for writing custom scripts and handling API endpoints.
Zapier expertise: ability to build beyond basic templates, utilizing Webhooks, data formatting, and custom code within Zaps.
Digital marketing tech: experience setting up Offline Conversion Tracking (OCT) and working with advertising platform APIs.
API experience: understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, and secure authentication (OAuth).
Optional
Direct experience integrating EHR.
Expertise in digital experience analytics.
