Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to clients with emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and psychosocial evaluations.
- Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring all records comply with department policies and coding standards for electronic medical records.
- Regularly communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members about client progress, needs, and any concerns for comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case progress and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing therapeutic techniques to restore stability.
- Engage and coordinate with clients’ family members or support systems during the treatment process, fostering collaborative approaches towards recovery and discharge planning.

Qualifications\n

- Currently active LMFT license in the state of Washington or an equivalent state license.

- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic medical records navigation, and secure communication platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
