Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to clients with emotional and behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and psychosocial evaluations.

  • Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring all records comply with department policies and coding standards for electronic medical records.

  • Regularly communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members about client progress, needs, and any concerns for comprehensive care.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case progress and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.

  • Facilitate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing therapeutic techniques to restore stability.

  • Engage and coordinate with clients’ family members or support systems during the treatment process, fostering collaborative approaches towards recovery and discharge planning.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

  • Currently active LMFT license in the state of Washington or an equivalent state license.

  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic medical records navigation, and secure communication platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
