Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Providing crisis intervention and consultation, creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, as well as behavior guidelines tailored to client situations.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to comply with regulatory standards and fulfill clinical requirements.
- Implementing evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team, ensuring best practices in client care.
- Participating actively in licensing and accreditation processes, representing the clinic's commitment to quality care.
- Acting as a liaison with service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance resources and improve client services.
- Creating strong, communicative relationships with various local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and gather support for growth.
- Engaging in personal and professional development activities, including attending conferences and statewide meetings relevant to mental health.
- Upholding and integrating our agency’s mission and values in all aspects of counseling.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the agency’s goals.

Qualifications\n
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
