Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, discussing their concerns, symptoms, and goals.
- Design and implement tailored therapeutic plans that utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing skills to foster openness and rapport, and offering clients practical tools to cope with their challenges.
- Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and providing referrals to other healthcare professionals, like psychiatrists, when necessary.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and conferences to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in the field.
- Document treatment and client interactions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure in New York as a LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Four years of direct counseling experience, demonstrating a firm grasp of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client cases and maintain detailed clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
