Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct preliminary client interviews to gather comprehensive information and document case histories from the initial consultation through the culmination of treatment.
- Evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health by administering assessments and engaging in active listening, ensuring a detailed understanding of their challenges.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that utilize therapeutic tools aimed at fostering personal and emotional growth.
- Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adapting therapeutic strategies as necessary to enhance recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mental health specialists, medical doctors, and social workers, to formulate comprehensive intervention plans.
