Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Frontier Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families who may have historically faced challenges in accessing mental health care. This includes, but is not limited to, those dealing with trauma, substance misuse, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Your role is to empower clients through individualized support and facilitate their journey towards healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

  • At least two years of experience in the field of counseling, particularly within a clinical environment.

  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Additionally, you will receive professional liability malpractice insurance and support for managing billing and documentation tasks.
