Key Responsibilities\n

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring all client information is secure and confidential.
- Engage in regular communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.
