\n \nJob Title: Gas Engineer \nCBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Gas Engineer to join the team located in Leeds. \nPurpose of the Job \nTo complete maintenance and reactive repairs on the gas equipment and associated plant on site. Be responsible appointed person for the Gas on the NEC group Contract.
\nKey Responsibilities \n\nCompleting Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant\nComplete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant\nOverseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group\nAnnual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract\nEnsure all gas certification is up to date\nAssist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed\nEnsure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.\nEnsure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning.\nSkills and Experience \n\nCCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT\n5-10 Years Experience in a similar Role\nExperience on working on large commercial boilers\nExperience on work on Direct fired AHU's\nExperience on commercial catering gas a bonus\nAbility to communicate at all levels\nOrganised and disciplined approach to work giving careful attention to detail\nComputer literate - Word, Excel\n \nAccountabilities \n\nAccountable to the Contract Manager \n\nThe post holder does not have any directly reporting staff \n\nThis post carries no direct budgetary responsibility
