Job description:

• Pay: $18/hr
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• Must be available for weekends and overtime

The General Labor / Material Handler supports the safe and efficient movement, staging, organization, and handling of materials throughout the project site. This is an active, hands-on role that requires dependable attendance, attention to safety, and the ability to perform repetitive physical work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, stage, sort, and move materials, tools, parts, and equipment.
• Deliver materials to designated work areas and maintain organized staging locations.
• Verify item counts and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled materials.
• Assist installers, forklift operators, and project personnel with general labor tasks.
• Keep aisles, work areas, and storage locations clean and free of hazards.
• Follow site safety rules, material-handling procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Use basic hand tools and material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
• Complete other project-support duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is .
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic counting, labeling, and organizational skills.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to learn site procedures.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Physical and Work Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with team assistance for heavier items.
• Ability to work in an active warehouse, construction, or data-center-support environment.
• Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment, including safety footwear.
