What You Bring
\n

- 15+ years of electrical construction experience, with a strong background in healthcare, data center or large commercial environments
- Project experience of at least $40 Million+ in electrical cost
- 5+ years as a supervisor, proven leadership managing large field teams and self‑perform electrical crews, at least 200+ employees
- Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70/70E, NFPA 99, AHCA, ICRA
- Safety certifications are required
- Ability to lead in active, sensitive healthcare environments where safety, compliance, and precision are non‑negotiable

What You’ll Lead

- Oversee field execution, foremen, and subcontractors across multiple healthcare electrical projects
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70/70E, NFPA 99, AHCA, and hospital ICRA protocols
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and short‑interval planning
- Coordinate with owners, GCs, inspectors, and hospital facilities teams
- Lead testing, startup, and commissioning of emergency power and life‑safety systems
- Serve as the operational backbone of the project team, partnering with PMs, Safety, QA/QC, and client stakeholders
