This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to take a leading role in driving quality strategy and “right first time” delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects.
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing quality assurance and quality control initiatives across multiple construction projects. You will play a key role in embedding robust quality systems and processes across the full project lifecycle — from design and procurement through to delivery — ensuring compliance, consistency, and high standards of execution. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring the ability to balance quality objectives with commercial and programme demands while working closely with multidisciplinary teams, supply chain partners, and stakeholders.
Lead the development and delivery of project quality strategies across live projects Ensure compliance with industry standards, building regulations, and quality management systems (including ISO9001) Develop and implement quality assurance processes to prevent defects and ensure “right first time” delivery Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure adherence to project specifications Identify and mitigate quality-related risks across the project lifecycle Deliver training and promote quality awareness across project teams Support successful project handover, ensuring all quality documentation is complete Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Manage...
