What You’ll Do:
CoreWeave’s Real Estate and Workplace team shapes the environments where innovation thrives. We design and deliver high-performance workspaces that empower teams across the globe. As the Global Project Manager, Real Estate, you’ll lead the execution of office buildouts, renovations, and workplace initiatives from planning through delivery—ensuring every space reflects our brand, culture, and ambition.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll oversee multiple global construction and real estate projects, managing everything from concept to completion. You’ll partner closely with architects, engineers, and internal teams—including Workplace, IT, Security, and Finance—to deliver creative, efficient, and scalable workplaces. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing complex stakeholder relationships, and can translate technical details into actionable plans.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience leading large-scale commercial real estate or construction projects, ideally including office buildouts and campus renovations.
- Proven experience managing projects in occupied spaces.
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction sequencing, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Skilled in RFP management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- PMI, PMP, or CCM certification preferred.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software a plus.
- Revit proficiency a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience delivering projects across multiple geographies with diverse regulatory and cultural contexts.
- Background in sustainable design and workplace strategy.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, cash flow tracking, and project reporting.

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $218,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
