We are building a long-term government contracting division and looking for a skilled Proposal Writer to grow with us.

### Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Government Proposal Writer who can support and guide federal proposal efforts from opportunity identification through submission.
This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who:
- Already works in GovCon
- Wants consistent side income + upside
- Prefers flexibility over full-time structure

### Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track opportunities via SAM.gov and agency forecasts
- Help identify 8(a), HUBZone, and potential sole-source opportunities
- Review RFPs/RFQs and ensure compliance (Sections L & M)
- Develop and/or refine:
- Technical proposals
- Past performance narratives
- Management and staffing plans
- Assist in building a repeatable proposal process and templates
- Support leadership in go/no-go decisions

### ✅ Required Experience
- Proven experience writing federal proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI responses)
- Familiarity with:
- 8(a), HUBZone, and/or set-aside contracts
- SAM.gov pipeline and federal procurement process
- Ability to interpret and respond to government solicitation requirements
- Strong writing, organization, and deadline management skills

- Experience with DoD, USACE, or federal facilities/janitorial contracts
- Track record of contributing to awarded contracts
- Ability to identify low-competition or strategic opportunities
- Experience working with small businesses scaling in GovCon

### Compensation Structure
- $2,000/month retainer (part-time, flexible workload)
- Performance bonuses per contract win (to be discussed based on deal size)
