You are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing systems that must operate 24/7 without failure. When something goes wrong, you’re the person trusted to respond, troubleshoot, and restore service.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, configure, and maintain server and network hardware
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, and connectivity issues

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on escalations
