Head of Commissioning\n UK, France, Germany or the Netherlands\n Up to £150k\n Commission up to 25%\n \n We’re looking for a Head of Commissioning or Commissioning Lead to join a leading data centre developer and operator in the UK, Netherlands, France or Germany!\n \n Our client is looking for a client-facing Head of Commissioning or Commissioning Lead to join their data centre leadership team in either the UK, France, Germany or the Netherlands. This role will take ownership of commissioning strategy and delivery across large-scale hyperscale developments, ensuring technical excellence, programme certainty, and risk mitigation from design through to handover.\n \n Benefits of being a client-side Head of Commissioning or Commissioning Lead:\n\nUp to £150k per annum\nFantastic bonus structure (up to 25%)\nFlexible hybrid working\nEuropean travel \n Responsibilities of a client-side Head of Commissioning or Commissioning Lead:\n\nProvide strategic leadership for the delivery and commissioning of complex projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives\nHold accountability for safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio\nEstablish and maintain effective programme delivery environments, including people, processes, governance, and technology\nLead, develop, and inspire high-performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive and wellbeing-focused culture\nManage budgets and commercial performance, ensuring financially, ethically, and operationally sound outcomes\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, influencing long-term strategy and performance \n The Head of Commissioning / Commissioning Lead will have the following:\n\nProven experience working as a Head of Commissioning or Commissioning Lead on a large-scale construction project\nStrong client-side background (developer or operator)\nExperience working within complex European markets; experience in Germany, France, or the UK
