Job Description

Our client is a market leading global digital infrastructure business. They are seeking a Head of Corporate, M&A to join their growing legal team.

About the role:

The Head of Corporate, Legal M&A will serve as a senior leader to the executive team. The successful candidate will act as a key strategic advisor to the executive team, overseeing complex M&A transactions, high‑value commercial contracting and regulatory & compliance matters. With an active pipeline of acquisitions; this role is suited to a highly commercial, solutions‑driven legal leader with deep expertise across corporate, M&A, joint ventures, and financing matters.

The candidate must bring a proactive, business and solution-oriented mindset to legal matters and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and specifically within the wider leadership team.

About you:

The successful candidate will have at least 10 PQE, combined across law firm and multinational company exposure. Experience gained in high growth, data centres, scaling technology or large infrastructure environments is essential. You will have demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume, multi‑transaction environment in a fast‑growing business.
