Head of Digiatal Experience & Performance (Web & Stack)\n Manchester (hybrid) Full-time Reports to: Growth Lead \n\n Territory GMs own commercial strategy; Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, subscription infrastructure, and the web experience that converts. \n\n We need someone who makes complex systems simple, ships fast without breaking things, and gives regional operators speed and reliability as their competitive edge. \n\n This is for someone who's run e-commerce platforms at scale and wants to be the technical backbone of a multi-territory brand.

\n\n You'll own the entire ecommerce web stack end-to-end: the Shopify experience, the subscription engine, the CRO programme, the tooling and the economics that sit underneath. Your mandate is to turn traffic into customers, customers into subscribers, and subscribers into profitable repeat buyersthrough sharp UX, smart vendor choices, clean data and relentless testing. \n You'll set the multi-year roadmap for how our digital infrastructure evolves, then roll your sleeves up and ship the improvements that move conversion, AOV and LTV.

The full tech stack Shopify + everything bolted on. Data & instrumentation GA4/GTM, event models, pixels, server-side tracking, consent. Global expansion Consistent performance across markets.

Vendor selection & management Evaluate, negotiate, implement and optimise the tools that power growth. Brand, creative, performance, CRM, CX, dataall around the same table. Proper collaborators who help you ship faster and smarter.

\n Country GMs set commercial priorities; Brand ensures everything looks right; Performance drives traffic; You can build a three-year stack roadmap and ship an experiment next week. Commercial operator. You talk revenue per visit, contribution margin, payback windows.

You balance conversion with brand feel. Performance that protects equity, not burns it. \n\n\n Evidence you've built or transformed an e-commerce stack (vendor selection, implementation, optimisation)\n A testing portfolio with learnings that stuck and became standards \n Examples of keeping a platform fast, clean and scalable (fewer apps, better performance, happier customers)\n\n\n Clean, trusted data layer and one dashboard everyone uses \n Testing programme with cadence and clear ROI
