Head of IT Customer Systems (m/f/d)

Permanent position, full-time - Cologne

Your tasks

  • In the "Platform Operations Center" team, you will be responsible for IT structures and services at 2nd level
  • Responsibility for the operation of our customers' IT infrastructures
  • Management and motivation of an operations team of experts in the Windows, Linux and network environment
  • Planning, implementation and monitoring of IT projects in the business customer environment
  • Strategic further development of the competence and solution portfolio for our customers
  • Supporting our sales department with pre-sales activities
  • Responsibility for the expansion of your team as well as personnel deployment planning and economic capacity utilization

Your profile

  • Several years of disciplinary and technical management experience in IT operations
  • You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship or degree
  • Sound knowledge of managed services and hosting of customer IT infrastructures
  • You are a team player with excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Your actions are results-oriented, independent and based on entrepreneurial thinking
  • You have a class B driving license
  • Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - other are welcome
