### **Description** \n *Team Overview:** \n The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

\n *Role Overview:** \n We are delighted to announce the opportunity has opened to join the Alternative Heat team as Head of Operations, overseeing and ultimately holding full responsibility on the delivery of our Data Centre projects across mainland Europe, prompting, and directing the individual departs along the project lifecycle, everything from commercial to Health and Safety. \n Within Alternative Heat we provide a turnkey offering and have the individual departments to assist with everything from design, manufacturing & installation where the successful candidate will be responsible in prompting and directing the departments in completing tasks and ensuring successfully milestones are achieved. \n Due to our continued success on delivery in this sector across Europe, UK & IRE, we are now one of the leading manufactures in the delivery of offsite modular packages in Chilled Water System, accompanied with the of modular plantrooms, we have ambitions to grow our network and be the contractor of choice within the Data Centre sector.

\n As we continue to excel in this sector, we are looking for an individual who has experienced working within a data centre environment and the ability to bring new and fresh ideas to sustain the company’s strong growth and future development plans.
