Health & Safety Officer - Slough\n\nThis is an opportunity to join a forward thinking contractor delivering major data centre projects, where Health & Safety is taken seriously at every level - from the boots on the ground to senior management.\n\nYou’ll be joining an experienced, supportive team with a strong track record in largescale engineering and construction projects. The company genuinely looks after its people, offering longterm regional work, clear progression into management, and the chance to make a real impact onsite safety culture.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n• Degree qualified in Health & Safety (or equivalent).\n• Experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or engineering.\n• Data centre experience is highly beneficial\n• Juniors / trainees are considered\n• Commutable to Slough\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n• £50,000 - £55,000 base salary (DOE)\n• Company car or car allowance\n• Strong pension scheme\n• Longterm regional projects - no constant travel\n• Real progression opportunities into senior and management roles\n• Supportive culture where Health & Safety is genuinely valued
