Helpdesk / Desktop Support Lead Opportunity – Join an Industry Leader!

Key Details:

  • Location: Onsite in Sparks, NV

  • Experience Required: 4+ years in IT support (Windows OS, hardware break/fix, network cabling, printers, etc.)

  • Certifications Required: CompTIA A+

  • : Security+ and Network+

  • Shift: Normal day shift hours with occasional rotating on-call duties (once every 5-7 weeks)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira is a plus!)

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
