This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding approximately 120 light industrial workers within a condensed project timeline. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and has experience managing high-volume recruitment efforts for warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial roles (warehouse, production, general labor, etc.)
• Source candidates through job boards, local outreach, hiring events, and referrals
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers
• Partner closely with operations and site leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Facilitate hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in interview days as needed
• Track candidate pipeline, hiring metrics, and progress toward hiring goals
• Coordinate onboarding activities including background checks, drug screens, and start dates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or light industrial environments
• Proven experience hiring for warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics roles
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and a high candidate flow simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards (Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to work onsite in Tolleson, AZ and support hiring events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting large-scale hiring ramps (50+ hires in a short timeframe)
• Prior experience working onsite at distribution centers, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly
• Experience coordinating hiring events or job fairs
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and compliance requirements
