HIRING NOW - Dallas Commercial Real Estate Associate – Deals + Data Center Platform (Up to $200k | 1800 hrs)

Role

Commercial Real Estate Associate (Dallas)

Work

• You’ll support and lead matters across:
• Acquisitions & dispositions
• Commercial leasing
• Lender-side / borrower-side financing (negotiating loan documents; stronger autonomy expected for lending-heavy profiles)
• Multi-state transactions (experience outside Texas a plus, but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $200,000 base (DOE)
• Billables: ~1,800
