The Opportunity

An elite trading firm is seeking a hands-on HPC Engineer to design, build, and scale next- compute and storage systems.

The ideal candidate comes from a world-class HPC environment—such as FAANG, research, or hyperscale infrastructure—and combines deep Linux expertise with software engineering skills.

You’ll work on uniquely customized systems at scale, where every engineering decision impacts performance, reliability, and research productivity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance compute and storage environments.
  • Develop and support systems for performance and fault monitoring.
  • Optimise end-to-end infrastructure components within the data center.
  • Contribute to codebases and testing frameworks across multiple programming .
  • Collaborate globally on infrastructure projects and vendor relationships.
  • Work directly with quantitative researchers to optimize workloads on HPC systems.
