HR Administrator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our dynamic team! This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start their career in Human Resources within a company that values professionalism, collaboration, and a fun, inclusive culture.

As an HR Administrator, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and helping manage various engagement activities. You’ll be the go-to person for HR-related queries, directing the office flow and helping create a positive employee experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Conducts or assists with new hire .
  • Manage badge access for all employees.
  • Organize various HR projects and programs.
  • Supports HR team members to deliver the overall success of the team, the HR function, and the business.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Assist in planning, promoting and execution of positive employee/company relations through recognition and appreciation activities, organization wide-meetings, and celebrations.
  • Demonstrate discretion while working with sensitive and confidential materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years administrative office experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work independently, and within a team environment to support the overall HR function.
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
