BenBau Group is an international construction company with strong Irish roots, delivering high-quality projects across Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our HR Department and are looking for a hands-on HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our teams and support our growing workforce.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business — managing recruitment end-to-end while supporting practical, day-to-day HR operations in a fast-moving, international environment.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

HR Operations

• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related questions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-growing or startup environments
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
