The company is known for delivering complex, high-value schemes and offering some of the most competitive salaries and progression opportunities within the industry.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for overseeing health & safety documentation, compliance and processes across multiple sites throughout Central London, ensuring best-in-class safety standards are maintained on high-profile projects.\n\nThis is a site-focused role requiring regular visits to live construction environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Oversee and review all site-based HSE documentation including RAMS, CPPs and risk assessments\n\n * Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety legislation and company procedures\n\n * Conduct regular site inspections and audits across multiple projects\n\n * Provide practical HSE guidance and support to site management teams\n\n * Lead toolbox talks and promote a strong safety-first culture\n\n * Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports with corrective actions\n\n * Liaise with senior management and clients regarding HSE performance\n\n * Drive continuous improvement across health & safety processes\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a HSE Advisor within construction (M&E experience highly desirable)\n\n * Experience working on commercial, data centre or life sciences projects \n\n * Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and CDM regulations\n\n * NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)\n\n * Relevant health & safety qualifications (IOSH, NVQ etc.)\n\n * Confident communicator with strong reporting skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise workload effectively\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * Market-leading salary (best in sector)\n\n * Clear progression pathway within a growing Tier 1 contractor\n\n * Exposure to high-profile, technically complex projects\n\n * Strong pipeline of secured work across London\n\n * Supportive and forward-thinking leadership team\n\nThis is an opportunity to join a contractor in a genuine growth phase, with long-term career prospects and the chance to work on some of London’s most prestigious developments
