HSE Coordinator

The HSE Coordinator plays a critical role in promoting a safe work environment across our field and shop locations. This position ensures compliance with all safety regulations and internal policies while fostering a proactive safety culture. You will work closely with field supervisors, shop managers, and project leadership to support risk mitigation and incident prevention across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and audits at job sites and shop facilities.

Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Coordinate and lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

Monitor the use of PPE and safety equipment across all work areas.

Investigate incidents and near-misses and provide detailed reports and recommendations.

Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and reporting systems (ISN, Veriforce, TEAM...).

Ensure consistent practices by serving as a safety liaison between the field and shop teams.

Support safety planning and coordination during mobilization, construction, and maintenance phases.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of safety experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments, including both field and shop settings.

Certification in safety management (OSHA 30, CSO, NEBOSH, or equivalent).

Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local safety laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead and influence a culture of safety.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools.

Valid driver's license with willingness to travel between sites as needed.
