What you'll do:
This isn’t a desk-only job. You’ll be out in the field, connecting with leaders across locations, helping them grow high-performing, people-centered teams. On any given day, you might:Coach leaders through performance, engagement, and retention challenges.Work through tough employee relations issues (and keep clean documentation).Help guide organizational changes and ensure the right people are in the right seats.Partner on workforce planning, compensation, and career pathing.Collaborate on hiring strategies and talent planning.Lead conversations that turn data into action—on everything from turnover to morale.You’ll also be the go-to for compliance, terminations, conflict resolution, and culture-building
What makes you a great fit:
You’ve got at least 5 years of progressive HR experience and a degree in HR or a related field.You’ve supported multiple departments or locations—and you like the variety.You are bilingual, Spanish.You’re the person people trust to give honest, clear HR guidance.You know how to navigate change, keep momentum, and move the needle.You understand the law—and how to stay ahead of risk.You’re tech-savvy with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Bonus if you’ve got your SHRM-CP and experience in contracting, trades, or fast-paced field-based environments.
