Alpine Mechanical has an immediate position open for a Commercial Estimating.

You must have a minimum of 5 years verifiable experience as an estimator in the commercial H.V.A.C. industry. Alpine uses Quote Soft Sheet Metal Take-off Software.

Having Contacts & Relationships with various General Contractors & knowing Estimators and Project managers gives you an advantage over other candidates. The more work you can bring the more valuable for this position.  

You must be able to complete a thorough take-off, know the different equipment & manufacturer vendors. Labor time installing sheet metal.

Know the trade. Be a team player and show up every day.

You should have at least 5 years of field experience installing equipment and sheet metal.

Must be computer literate in word, excel and estimating software.

Alpine is on the construction side of the trades. We bid and install on Massive Distribution Warehouses, Data Centers, Surgery Centers, Medical Office buildings, Class A office buildings, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Schools, Churches, Labs and many other types of mechanical work.
