Role Overview

We are recruiting HVAC Cooling Engineers to support the continued growth of a well-established and expanding specialist service team. You will join a highly skilled group of 11+ engineers and apprentices, primarily covering the M4 corridor, with occasional UK-wide travel and overnight stays when required.

The role focuses on commissioning, servicing, maintaining, and repairing critical cooling systems in high-dependency environments such as data centres. Engineers benefit from strong work-life balance, door-to-door travel, and industry-leading training.

Key Responsibilities

Commission and start up newly installed cooling systems

Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on:

Chilled water systems

DX systems

Economiser cooling

In-row, perimeter, and containment cooling systems

Diagnose and resolve technical and performance issues efficiently

Supervise installation contractors and ensure best practice standards are followed

Operate in critical environments, including data centres

Use specialist software and applications for system diagnostics, analysis, and reporting

Adhere to all health & safety, compliance, and reporting procedures

Participate in an on-call rota (1 in every 5 weeks)
