We are looking for a dependable Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform routine HVAC filter changes and basic maintenance at commercial facilities. No HVAC experience is required, as we provide full training. This is a full-time stable position for someone who values consistent work and a reliable schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Replace air filters on commercial HVAC systems
- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain clean and organized mechanical rooms and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and established checklists
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- No HVAC experience needed, training provided
- Valid driver’s license, with clean motor vehicle record
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work on rooftops and in mechanical spaces
