HVAC Project Manager\n\nLocation: London (Site Based)\nPosition: Permanent\nSalary: Competitive + Benefits + Career Progression\n\nHVAC Project Manager – London\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering complex mechanical building services on a large scale major project, based in London.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven project professional with a strong background in HVAC, ventilation, and ductwork systems to take ownership of large-scale packages from pre-construction through to completion. The role is fully site-based and offers a genuine pathway into senior management as the business continues to grow.\n\nThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering major mechanical packages on commercial, data centre, healthcare, residential, infrastructure, or industrial projects. They will be a confident client-facing individual with the ability to build strong relationships, lead teams effectively, and drive successful project outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead the successful delivery of a large scale HVAC Package from procurement through to practical completion.\n\n * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high level of service throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n * Provide leadership and direction to project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, driving performance and accountability across the project.\n\n * Manage all aspects of project delivery including programme, cost, quality, health & safety, and client satisfaction.\n\n * Coordinate the installation of HVAC, ventilation, and ductwork systems across multiple project phases.\n\n * Chair project and site meetings, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.\n\n * Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain programme and budget objectives.\n\n * Oversee procurement activities and ensure materials, labour, and resources are effectively managed.\n\n * Drive quality standards across all ventilation and ductwork installations.\n\n * Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and contractual requirements.\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience working as an HVAC Project Manager on large-scale construction or building services projects.\n\n * Strong technical understanding of HVAC, ventilation, and ductwork systems.\n\n * Demonstrable experience delivering significant mechanical packages from planning and procurement through to handover.\n\n * Strong client-facing skills with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.\n\n * Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing site teams and subcontractors.\n\n * Background within mechanical building services, HVAC, ventilation, or ductwork contracting.\n\n * Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n * Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, contracts, and project performance.\n\n * Ability to motivate teams and drive projects to successful completion.\n\n * Full UK driving licence .\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Permanent position with a well-established and growing contractor.\n\n * Opportunity to work on high-profile projects across London.\n\n * Competitive salary and benefits package.\n\n * Long-term career development and professional training.\n\n * The chance to play a key role in the continued growth of a respected HVAC specialist contractor.\n\nFor more information on this HVAC Project Manager Opportunity or if you would like to apply, please contact Dean Parry at Emeya Recruitment.\n\nI am available 7am-7pm Monday to Friday
