Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Services Engineer located in the Memphis, TN area. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks such as providing preventative maintenance services, troubleshooting, and technical support for HVAC systems. Additional responsibilities include performing factory warranty inspections on newly installed Vertiv equipment to ensure system reliability and offering exceptional customer service to our clients. Service calls could take you to other mid-south locations, most within a 2-3 hour driving range. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service, Troubleshooting, Repairs and Technical Support of HVAC systems in commercial, datacenter, healthcare or industrial environments
• Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance on air units effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or training in HVAC systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to travel to client sites as required
• Some on call may be required
