ABOUT THE MISSION

TRIFECTA is The Mission-Critical Deployment Company.
We deploy electricians, controls specialists, and critical operations talent into the facilities that keep the modern world online — data centers, automation hubs, energy systems, and high-reliability infrastructure.

 

As we continue to expand our Phoenix headquarters, we are adding a Hybrid Office Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, appointment scheduling, document management, and internal coordination.

 

This role is built for someone organized, dependable, and ready to grow with a fast-moving, high-performance team.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide daily administrative and office support to leadership and recruiting teams
  • Organize and maintain digital + physical files (documents, packets, compliance folders)
  • Schedule interviews, internal meetings, field appointments, and client calls
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
  • Update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and CRM notes
  • Assist with onboarding packets, office supply management, and workspace organization
  • Sort mail and complete in-office tasks during hybrid workdays
  • Support operations as TRIFECTA scales into additional markets

 

SCHEDULE

  • Monday–Friday
  • Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days in office / 2–3 days remote
  • Standard business hours

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of administrative, office, or scheduling experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing calendars and handling appointment coordination
  • Able to work in a fast-moving environment with urgency and accuracy
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Able to work on-site several days per week

Bonus Experience:

  • HubSpot, CRM tools, or light appointment-setting
  • Experience supporting recruiting or operations teams

 

PAY & BENEFITS

  • $18–$21/hr (DOE)
