$50K–$300K 3–5%
$300K–$1M 4–6%

Who We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated B2B sales professionals
- Experience selling industrial, commercial, or automation solutions (Strong existing network a BIG plus!)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers
- Leadership capability to move into a management position
Your Role:
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Present PrimeTech’s solutions, services, and capabilities to commercial & industrial clients
- Set meetings (remote or in-person) with possible clients. Schedule technical team as needed for sales support.
- Close deals and earn high commissions
- Collaborate with our technical team to deliver client-ready proposals
