Industrial Electrician – Lead Complex Infrastructure and Control Installations at New Phase Electrical

Job Overview

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Nights and weekends as needed)

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field professional, driving the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-stakes industrial electrical systems within mission-critical facilities. This role provides direct exposure to complex power infrastructure, including switchgear, generators, and data centers, offering a true pathway to long-term career growth. You will enjoy the autonomy to execute technical projects independently while being fully supported by a team that values your quality craftsmanship.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Install, terminate, and maintain sophisticated electrical distribution systems, switchgear, panelboards, and transformers safely in live facility environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex industrial motor controls, generators, and UPS systems to ensure maximum operational reliability and zero downtime.
  • Execute precise conduit bending and heavy-duty equipment installations in strict accordance with project blueprints and electrical drawings.
  • Implement rigorous safety protocols while working within highly sensitive, energized, or mission-critical industrial infrastructures.
  • Coordinate field operations directly with team members and customers to maintain strict project schedules and professional quality standards.
  • Document project progress and technical adjustments accurately to ensure transparency and accountability within the Field Operations team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven electrical experience specifically within commercial or industrial environments.
  • High proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex conduit bending, panel terminations, and industrial system troubleshooting.
  • Absolute willingness to travel up to 30% for project assignments throughout Arizona.
  • Strong physical capability to perform demanding field work with minimal oversight and a strict commitment to workplace safety.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Direct experience working inside data centers, telecommunications facilities, or low-voltage control environments.
  • Proven track record of working successfully in sensitive, live-power industrial facilities.
  • Strong desire to continuously learn, adapt to specialized power systems, and advance into future leadership roles.
