THE WORK:

  • You'll provide professional and efficient construction administrative support to project managers and regional activities.
  • You'll act as a liaison with project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • You'll maintain and track project schedules in coordination with project managers.
  • You'll provide support services for meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting summaries, scheduling facilitators and participants, setting up meeting rooms, coordinating presentation materials, and ordering meals as needed.
  • You'll perform document management support by maintaining SharePoint and MS Teams sites, ensuring adherence to document management protocols, and assisting the team with uploading and sharing files.
  • You'll support all project staff with various administrative tasks such as expense reporting, timesheets, and project-related documentation.
  • You'll prepare and edit reports and presentations, and compile data for analysis.
  • You'll work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • You'll assist in developing effective PowerPoint presentations for meetings and conferences.
  • You'll establish and/or maintain systems related to filing, time reporting, and tracking training hours.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors preferred)
  • 3+ years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience, ideally in construction or engineering projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management platforms
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in supporting construction documentation, scheduling, and budget processes
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, project management, or related field
  • Experience working in a human relations, accounting or project management
  • Advanced or specialized training in administrative support
  • Proven self-starter, proactive, ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to details
  • Proven high level of professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy and strong customer service skills with the ability to liaise between multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to travel locally to perform all the required duties of the role
  • Familiarity with construction management platforms
  • OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications at a basic level

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
