THE WORK:
- You’ll develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, for large-scale data center construction projects.
- You’ll manage cross-functional teams—engineering, procurement, and construction—to ensure milestones are achieved and deliverables completed on schedule.
- You’ll monitor project risks and create contingency plans to mitigate potential issues and delays.
- You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes align with expectations.
- You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project success.
- You’ll continuously refine project management processes and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.
- You’ll manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring each meets its objectives and is delivered on time and within scope.
- You’ll lead Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS) with discipline leads, vendors, and client teams to align project execution.
- You’ll establish and monitor the project’s critical path, analyzing and reporting progress throughout the lifecycle.
- You’ll ensure full compliance with Owner policies, procedures, and all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field AND 8+ year's experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- 8+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software P6 or MS Project.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients
- Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking
- Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations
- Good verbal, written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivel
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups
- Familiarity with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) scheduling methodology
- Ability to present data from detailed to high-level depending on audience
- Experience with Data Center construction programs
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
