Job Description

A leading international law firm is looking to hire an Associate (or Senior Associate) into its highly regarded Infrastructure Finance practice in London. The team is known for handling sophisticated financing structures on flagship UK and international infrastructure assets, with a strong focus on renewables, energy transition and digital infrastructure on behalf of a blue-chip client base comprising of sponsors, lenders and institutional investors.

The role offers exposure to a broad mix of acquisition, development and refinancing matters, including multi-source and export credit financings. Associates can also be given the opportunity to work on broader corporate finance transactions if keen to broaden their practice.

Key Requirements:

• 2 years' PQE with qualification in E&W or other common law jurisdiction.
• Experience in infrastructure finance although candidates from a project finance background who are keen to pivot will also be considered on their merits.
• Technically confident, commercially astute and keen to build a long-term practice.
• Strong academic track record with training from a well-respected law firm.
